I’m a firm believer that nothing triggers a memory like a scent or a fragrance. Whether it was the flowers your first loved one gave you or your mother’s delicious cooking, I understand and now even emphasize heavily the importance of smell. That’s why Violette, French beauty genius (who you’ll recognize from this recent post!), knew how to channel her nostalgia in the best way possible. She got together with In Fiore to create a scent that she holds very dear to her heart and hopes that many other women will as well.
In comes Baisers de Jasmin, a solid perfume that looks to celebrate femininity, empowerment and sensuality. The perfume comes in the most gorgeous and luscious packaging, a gold compact that feels and looks luxurious. One of the reasons I love solid perfumes, besides the fact they last longer on the skin, is that they fit perfectly in whatever bag I’m carrying and a little bonus: it has a mirror, which makes my life 100 times easier and more practical.
Solely using natural botanicals, this perfume blends jasmine sambac, benzoin and white amber, replicating summers in France and who doesn’t want to smell like the perfect combination between cool and sophisticated? I know I do so brb, I’m on my way to get some jasmine kisses.
