The Scarf
12 years ago by
I have to admit that when I bought this scarf for Scott last year (chez Dries Van Noten), I didn’t think it would become one of MY favorite accessories…
But then Phoebe showed me how to wear it and here I am!!! All scarfy all over (whatever that means).
Sorry Scott!
So funny. My husband and I often try and “share” certain items of clothing, and it never ends up being actual sharing. One of us always hijacks the much-coveted item! (Yes, ok, most of the time it’s me, but he’s taken over more than a few of them himself too.) Guess that’s the price they pay for having adventurous, stylish, wonderful women who think outside the box as partners.

ca arrive tous le temps, pas vrai? :)

I love scarves! I have a chanel one and there are so many ways to wear it! I feel like I can wear it with anything!
giveaway ends tomorrow! check it out!

Hah! It happened to me too. I bought something for my husband but I end up wearing them all the time :)

So funny when that happens! Sorry guys! I love these scarves and now I have a new way to wear them! Thanks Garance and Phoebe!

Allo, docteur ?
absolute love for scarves

Ooh! It’s gorgeous!
But don’t know, scarfs make my neck look very tiny and my head very big haha.
So I will skip this one!

I love it. That is very elegant scarf. When I buy scarf I tend to buy the piece that have beautiful print.
Simple elegant high price scarf make me hesitate a bit.But that is something very luxury to buy simple designer scarf. Really love your taste G.
I really like this silky material….amazing!

Aww…poor Scott!
I wear my silk scarves tucked into my shirt, mussed and a bit careless. Love celine, but I’d feel weird in the hanging-out-triangle with a perfectly centered point–like I’m in an old Clint Eastwood Western!
Square scarves are having a bit of a moment, aren’t they?!

PS. Your scarf has a perfect winter palette–sophisticated but un-boring. Definitely wearing black + dark bronze + navy tomorrow…
I like the idea of second pictire, want to try to wear in such way)

So the idea that French women are born knowing how to tie a scarf is a myth?
ENFIN!!!!! So happy to be finally on the map!!!!!:-)))
I love how the scarf was used, but I don’t think I could ever pull this of.
Oh great, now I need to step out and buy a scarf like this :) because it’s utterly elegant…but I’m broke atm! Waiting on that next paycheck…wut wuuuuut :D
Or I could convince MY boyfriend to add it to his collection of clothing…and then hit the switch.
muaha.
