On one of my many appointments in Paris I was introduced to Danish designer Sophie Bille Brahe…
And it was an instant obsession. I love the simplicity of the pieces and the use of pearls. Oh, the pearls. Let’s take a brief moment to talk about the major moment pearls are having. I mean, they are, aren’t they? They are everywhere.
I like that she can make something really feminine, like a pearl, have a super cool edge. I’m completely enamored with the croissant de perle earring and the double de perle ring. Le sigh.

Years ago I decided to only wear earrings that are “diamond” drop or thin hoops. Sophie is honestly causing me to re-think.
