My NYE Look

No, that’s not me silly readers!
But I’m not going to lie, I haven’t stopped thinking about those killer gold lashes from the Dries show this past season. I’ve been considering a number of looks for this coming New Year’s Eve (even if my plans are likely to include a bottle of wine with my parents and playing with puppies) and I think I’ve finally decided on recreating those sparkly lashes à la Peter Philips (the Beyoncé blue was a close second).
I picked up this bronze mascara from Chanel— much easier then applying individual gold lashes if you ask me. It packs a lot of sparkle while still being kind of subtle. I might even attempt this look outside of the holidays…look out world!

oh Alex ! j’ai encore craqué pour CHANEL avec cette série limitée pour Noël. Collection Nuit infinie est vraiment sublime. La palette 5 couleurs yeux et le liner somptueux dans ce ton mordoré.
Tout me plait ! le vernis à ongles RUBY et le blush poudré rose subtil. C’est vraiment très réussi.
BRAVO A CHANEL ! et le mascara dans cet or de fête, j’adore.
La démo maquillage sur leur site est top.

I don’t really have a NYE beauty plan just yet – because I haven’t even got a NYE plan yet full stop.
Last NYE was a disaster so I may stay home and read a good book.

Je n’ai pas encore pensé à mon plan beauté du 31, je ne suis même pas sûre de ce que je vais porter. Je vais peut-être chercher de l’inspiration aujourd’hui comme je suis clouée chez moi. J’adore cette idée de cils or/bronze/argent!!! En ce moment je suis très rose poudré, avec une touche dorée ou argent ça pourrait être pas mal ;) !

i have a new foundation Guerlain Lingerie de Peau and there concealer pen …and my makeup and nail polish is Marc Jacobs… bought all i could find of discontinued Shiseido lipstick in whisper….love my hair and eybrows….. happy holiday Alex
J’ai pas vraiment de plan beauté pour le 31. Quand j’y pense pourtant, ce serait plutôt façon estivale, inspirée de Melbourne (en plein été actuellement). Je pense notamment à un rouge à lèvres corail et des ongles corail-néon ;)
