A few seasons ago I was backstage at NYFW with my friend, where we met a MAC makeup artist who doubled as Steven Tyler’s beauty guru. We got to chat, as boys often do, about our skin – mine was being a bit erratic, and my mate’s hadn’t acclimated since his bi-coastal move. She had the solution.
Evan Healy, (that is, Steven Tyler’s go-to), is a holistic skincare line that’s low maintenance and works remarkably. My friend and I have different skin types, therefore different regimes. It’s the Blue Lavender Cleansing Milk & Rosehip Treatment Facial Serum for me, and the Rose Milk & Rosehip Serum for him (although I always mix & match). Our skin has never looked better (that includes my post-Accutane days).
Evan Healy has so many treatments – I love throwing the French Rose Clay on every once in a while, the Wild Carrot Nourishing Eye Balm to keep my lids light, a Lemongrass Facial Polish to exfoliate, and the Tulsi HydroSoul smells fantastic while creating a “fresh out of the garden” dewy look.
My favorite part about the brand – the packaging is gorgeous. It sits perfectly next to my Chanel clad medicine cabinet, yet my entire regime costs less than any one bottle reading CC.
One of the best lines out there. Clean and full of love. You can eat it! We need to be more supportive of brands that are not made in a lab with chemicals that we do not know. Our skin breathes, as Evan Healy shares. I adore all the products.

Evan Healy! I love her products and use them religiously. I read about them on the rip and tan blog over a year ago and have used nothing else since. I rarely skip my routine because I enjoy the smells so much, and also the effectiveness of the products. I too use the blue line.
The packaging is beautiful. Elegant and earthy, minimal and eye catching. The fact that she has such a great story makes them all the better. Long live Evan Healy!
