Recently, I’ve been looking for unique, little touches to update (and add some fun to!) my summer wardrobe.
Since the past few weeks have been so hot, all I’ve been wearing are super simple slip dresses with slides. As someone with a guilty pleasure for maximalism and an adoration for zany sartorial touches, this has been hard for me. How’s a girl to jazz things up when the idea of putting on more clothing puts me into a heat-induced rage?
Usually, I’m a loyalist when it comes to my jewelry. I stick to the same few pieces that I wear daily (even going so far as to sleep + shower in them!). But, when my good friend, Daniella, showed me these new necklaces she’s been making, I realized that they’re the perfect easy, breezy summer accessory! With this one small addition, my look is transformed from boring to feeling more like “me.”
