Wearable Warmth
7 years ago by
With the onslaught of fall – the colors, the autumnal activities, the brisk temperatures (ones we’re just barely now reaching in New York…), comes the onslaught of, “it’s 49 degrees this morning and 71 degrees this afternoon, what in climate change’s name do I wear?”
But I’m not here to complain about the changing of seasons, that would be cliché (and misdirected since we should really be focused on said climate change), instead I’m here to advocate for the “thin knit.” It’s cozy, transitional, and it’s damn easy to wear. Throw on one piece or two – I mean, how good does Yohana look in her set? – and grab a jacket to bring it full circle through the night. Voila, your fall wardrobe.
I love love love the black v-neck sweater. Perfect for day to night – warm to cool temps. I’m also wondering how long ankle boots trend will last. I bought some less expensive ones, but I really want to splurge. I just don’t want to have to shelve them in a year. What to do!
I’m talking wrinkles and reviews today myself: https://www.bitesizedreviews.com/blog/product-review-neutrogena-ageless-intensives-anti-wrinkle-deep-wrinkle-serum-treatment-with-retinol
Happy almost Friday!
Thin knits are perfect of every transitional season, like Autumn or Spring! And nowadays we have som many options of good designs that it’s chic to wear!

the outfit on the first photo is just perfect! The colour, the cut of the clothes is just ideal for the model. Beautiful!
Love the first outfit of Yohana! Lovely color, length and mood
Fall is the season that really gives us the opportunity to embrace knits ! Sweaters are a huge part of fall . The handcrafted chunky knits are a favorite. Here in Vancouver the climate is perfect for knits !!
