Hi ! Live from my favorite café in Sydney (I am going to take pictures of it, I love it too much!), here are a few photos I took this morning (it’s 2am in New York, it’s 4pm in Sydney!) of Vicky and her dog, the adorable PK. He is the only dog I know that wears a bow tie.
Even better… A leather bow tie!
Here in Sydney things are pacing up a little (is that how you say when it’s calming down ? Tiiiiim sorry I’ve been so late lately!), and tomorrow we are going on week-end in the Australian outback (Ever heard about Wolgan Valley?) to meet kangaroos (my dream) and try to have them wear bow ties, cause other that that, I might not encounter much fashion out there!!!

En tous cas ce chien est chic et racé avec son noeud pap !
C’est à dire que la maîtresse donne un peu l’élégance du chien… dans les bras de Magloire, il aurait tout de suite un autre air…
Hier j’ai croisé un lévrier afghan que tu aurais adoré prendre en photo je crois : super classe !
Donc ça y est c’est décidé tu te mets à la photographie animalière ?

L’Outback ?? Je crois que le trend pantalon beige chemise d’homme blanche prendra toute son essence dans un paysage comme celui-ci… Par contre tes jolies sandales (CELINE?), on troquera ça contre une bonne paire de gros souliers rapport aux serpents !

GARANCE. Please do not force bow ties on the Kangaroos. One kick from a kangaroo can kill you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is the equivalent to walking in the Alexander McQueen claw heels, just to put it in a fashion equation. :)

I swap them out as he chews through them. (they usually last a week or 2)
The stock is low so I need to stock up!

I’m so glad you’re enjoying Australia! And delighted that you and Scott have photographed some of our exceptionally fashionable ladies!
But I have to inform you, that the Wolgan Valley is not actually the outback, it is the bush (although, it is probably so dry at the moment that it will be as dusty as the outback…don’t wear white!). The kangaroos there are Eastern Greys, which habitate bush and scrub areas of the eastern part of this continent (as opposed to Red Kangaroos, which match the red earth of the outback).
But please enjoy your stay out here and photograph some of our amazing scenery! Prehaps you might also run into some ringers or jackaroos if you go further westward into New South Wales…and see the ubiquitous RM Williams fashion of moleskin jeans, Blundstone boots, and Akubra hats!

Super le noeud pap’! Je vais tenter de recycler l’idée sur le mien de chien (pas sûr qu’il apprécie, lui, par contre).
Quant à Wolgan Valley dans les Blue Mountains, étant donné que les saisons sont inversées, je pense que tu pourras peut-être y voir un beau paysage d’automne. En tout cas, prévois un pull ou des habits chauds, il risque d’y faire un peu frais.
