Inna Modja at Annie O’s!

Earlier this month we went to one of Annie O’s iconic Standard shows to see Inna Modja, a Malian-French Electro Rap star, perform her first-ever show here in New York!
She’s got a cool demeanor, one that’s somehow both inviting and strong at the same time. As she took to the stage with her band, wearing jackets she designed herself, their mesmerizing energy filled the small rooftop space of the Standard East, and everyone started to move and sway to the soul-charged music. And as always with Annie’s Musical Cures: the night was magic. We can’t wait to hear more from Inna – stay tuned!

like the patterns on the first jacket. less sure about all the pattern mixing in the camouflaged jacket but I’m pretty conservative with pattern mixing anyhow. all feels a bit adventurous.

Cette fille est magnifique. Je la connaissait deja depuis un petit moment et il y a quelques semaines on m’a offert des places pour aller la voir à Lyon. Super concert en plus à la fin elle est descendue pour danser avec le public !!!
