A Beauty Minute with Akua Shabaka

Morning: I wash my face with Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser with my Vanity Planet facial brush and for my moisturizer I use Alba Botanica Hawaiian Moisture Cream. I’ll only use makeup for a shoot or if I’m going out. If I do wear it, it’s usually Sephora concealer and powder, Urban Decay Naked Illuminated Shimmering Powder in the color Lit, and NYX Dewy Setting Spray, plus mascara
Day: I always keep coco butter for my hands, some random lip gloss, Lip Medex, Altoids, and a dark lipstick in my bag.
Night: Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser with my Vanity Planet facial brush, I’ll mask with Aztec Clay and tone with Witch hazel or apple cider vinegar. I use coconut oil for makeup remover and either shea butter or my Alba Botanica Hawaiian Moisture Cream for my face.
