Dior showed their pre-fall 15 collection in Tokyo…
And the makeup was distinctly inspired by the local culture. The eyeliner design is so striking against the clean, simple base of makeup.
What do you think, is it a look you would wear in the real world?
I love how it looks on her but I’m not sure if I’ll wear this kind of makeup myself x

Very interesting & dramatic for a runway show. But no, I wouldn’t wear this in the “real” world.

Grotesque.
On ne sait plus quoi inventer pour se démarquer.

I have done this in the past, only with the top eyeliner extending to the edge of the eye. It looks really good like that – not too weird.
That sounds cool (and a little more wearable, maybe?) — thanks for the tip, Alice! I might try it myself. x
manga look in real life
An eyecatcher! More for stage occasions than for everyday.
I am going to wear this! New year’s eve! Gives a “deer” -ish look.
Très jolie inspiration, même si je ne me vois pas faire de même à Paris;
Mais la couture c’est aussi fait pour inspirer et faire rêver :)
