If there’s one thing I like maybe just as much as getting deep into a lively conversation with a friend, it’s catching two friends in the middle of a lively conversation.
Maybe it’s because I took these photos on the last day of fashion week, and it was the time when everyone tries to tell each other everything before taking off to different parts of the world.
In any case, what I like about the last day are the more relaxed outfits everyone wears. Either you’ve run out of things to wear (me), or you’re on your way to catch your plane (everybody else), or your feet are destroyed from a whole month of fashion week (except for Caroline Issa, but ever since this episode of Pardon My French, we’ve known she held the secret to wearing heels, so she doesn’t count).

This might be one of my favorite of your posts… Girls rule.
Love this. Brings me back to Paris this past summer, where the small cafe tables create a natural intimacy, with no distractions from giant flat screen TV’s in every corner. (Hate that trend.) And in Paris, there’s little small talk, you delve right into the good stuff. I’m fascinated by the fashion tribe, how the seasonal fashion months become international reunions of good friends separated by oceans or continents!

We have just finished with fashion month and I found your coverage spotty at best. Instead we were treated to pictures and an article about your hair and how to condense and move into a new apartment. The blog sttarted as a street photographer’s blpg and has become a blog about nothing in particular and is too ego centric. Just saying from an old fan.

Ces photos me donnent un (petit) coup de blues parce que Paris et mes copines me manquent mais elles me rappellent aussi mes premiers voyages aux U.S. ou l’on me demandait de quoi les francais pouvaient parler pendant des heures assis devant un café !

I’m so in love with the first pic and I like how the blog is changing (especially the more personal stuff… but not the too commercial articles but I think is part of the game, after all is your work not just a passion anymore…)!
I love such moments too, with my close friends. And I really hate it when somebody approaches and disrupts our conversation; I know it’s probably bad manners, but I give dagger looks to that somebody who interrupted us.
