Wow, I really needed this since I’ll be in Paris in a few weeks! I’ll be all over here.
Your Friend, Jess

Merci!
I think The Marais is a beautiful area to stroll around. To me, it always seems so typically French!

She is so pretty, and she shared some nice hotspots, so thanks!!

thanks. I don’t know excactly who she is but it is sure we won’t be able to get in in Le Montana with her ! It’s VIP only :-((
I really want to go to Paris soon just to eat a croissant and have coffee. What are the usual prices for those items in Paris? So curious that vs. the states where it is cheap :)
Hello Noor, a coffee in Paris can range from 1€ (about $1,25) to 8€ ($10) in a place like the Fouquet’s or a really nice place with a terrace and all.. Usually it’s cheap though, less than 2€ in average I would say ! For croissants, about 1/1,5 I would say, not too expensive either ;)
Oh, thank you for replying, I was always curious and figured a coffee would be like $500 there lol. At least my two reasons for going are affordable :p

Thanks for the tips. I am traveling solo to Paris in May for my birthday. Wondering if readers can suggest best places to dine when alone?
Paris is an easy city for dining alone. Basically any cafe in Paris is acceptable for dining alone and you will often see others dining alone so you don’t feel awkward at all. I travel to Paris a lot for work so I know this well.
Try the 6th for the best traditional cafe’s in Paris!
Bon appetit!
