Indeed, ’tis a trick I have employed a couple of times to same my corkscrew curls from frizzing up toooooo much (=disaster) in the rain. Glad it is fashionably okay to do so ;-))

Aaaah, je fais des déesses du style! – non non je n’ai pas le melon…;) dés qu’il pleut j’enroule vite fait bien fait mon foulard sur la tête. Premièrement, parce que je n’ai jamais de parapluie avec moi, deuxièmement parce que j’ai toujours un foulard avec moi, et enfin parceque j’ai toujours vu ma mère le faire :) … mais moi ce n’est pas son foulard qui me fait de l’oeil… c’est son bracelet, ouch!

ahaha i like the subject of this post…you know, when it rains i never have an umbrella (because i so hate umbrellas!!) and i always wrap my head in a scarf and i am always feeling so much like my grandmother that when someone approaches me on the street i fastly take scarf off and pretend it is not raining at all!!i think the trick it is just to be confident, and i am not!!!Giovanna knows how to do it!

Indeed it is great style on her but on my it would look absolutely ridiculous. I think you need a certain style and age to look good in it. I have curls and I pretend them with a hood because it is better in my age.

Quel visage angélique enroulé dans ce joli foulard. Je n’ai pas encore compris toute à fait non plus comment certaines filles arrivent à faire tenir leur veste sur leurs épaules. Quoi qu’il en soit je me pencherai plus sur la question. Le look et super classe soit dit en passant!

Welcome back to Sydney, like others I apologise about the weather!
I truly love scarves and the versatility they offer. My only problem is knowing which size scarf for which application. Or more frustratingly finding the perfect scarf to match an outfit but it is too long or too short for the way you’d like to wear it. Very annoying!
How long are you staying in Sydney? Doing anything else apart from the Westfield’s promotion? There is an Annie Leibovitz exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art which might interest you. And a Sydney Cycle Chic ride on Cockatoo Island on Sunday (pretty ladies in dresses riding sit-up bikes)!
