Même si c’est avec le cœur lourd que je vois le froid s’installer, je ne peux pas m’empêcher d’aimer tous les petits détails que les gens ajoutent à leur tenue dès que l’hiver arrive…
Comme ma copine Fernanda qui assume totalement la double-fonction du casque audio quand il fait un peu plus frais : elle s’en sert pour écouter de la musique * et pour protéger ses oreilles du froid et du vent. Bonus spécial pour la jolie couleur, une façon d’adoucir la morne palette chromatique qui s’empare de notre garde-robe l’hiver !
Et vous, quels sont vos accessoires et petites touches spéciales, l’hiver ? Ici, on commence aussi à voir des bonnets super mignons et des écharpes sublimes…

*Ecouter de la musique, c’est un peu comme porter une armure, à NY : personne ne vient vous déranger, on a l’impression d’avoir son espace pour penser tranquillement. C’est la méthode de Garance pour survivre aux journées de dingue : elle ne se déplace jamais sans son beau casque Frenz.

Gorgeous picture! I was hesistant on wearing headphones in the beginning but then I realised they served a double function – music and warm ears. That pink version looks amazing, although I opted for a more neutral pair in black.

I’d love to be with uncovered head or headphones in winter, but in the country where I live – no way! :(
Also my head is really cold-sensitive so I have to wear a beanie or sth in winter. Unfortunately nothing seems to suit me!

Coming to this post a month late, and couldn’t adore it more! I love keeping an arsenal of over-ears on rotation to wear according to what you’re listening to, and what you’re wearing. I’m a huge fan of the Panasonic RP-HTX7’s, and have a pair in cream – they sound so nice for the cost, super rich and full. I also just got a pair of Audio Technica ATH-ESW9’s, which are a bit lighter and smaller and easier to deal with on the train; best of all, they have these wonderful warm, red mahogany housings which look extremely rich and smooth and sound equally so. xx
