We are taking the week to reflect back on all that we\u2019ve done the past decade on this site as we gear up for an exciting announcement in just a few short weeks.<\/p>\n
From asking friends of the site how they define wellness<\/a> and carve out time in their daily, weekly, monthly and yearly lives to practice it, to trying out all forms of wellness including yoga<\/a>, pilates<\/a>, tea ceremonies<\/a> and surfing<\/a>, we explored all aspects of this word. <\/p>\n
We even traveled to some far flung places like the Atacama Desert<\/a> where we delved into meditation and all things astrology. <\/p>\n
Always wanting to live an examined life, we discussed positive psychology<\/a>, forest bathing<\/a>, our lymphatic system<\/a>, and what supplements<\/a> do we really need to be taking? <\/p>\n
We tried detoxing<\/a>, and more detoxing<\/a>, took breaks from coffee<\/a>, and moved our bodies<\/a> in so many different ways. <\/p>\n
