Happy Friday everyone! Today we’re bringing you this easy, breezy Beauty Minute with Sage Lehman, who is the founder of Love + Sage<\/a>. Sage has ben crafting homemade body care for friends and family for the last fifteen years before she took it public with Love + Sage.<\/p>\n

What is your morning beauty routine? <\/strong><\/p>\n

The mornings are hectic because I have to get my two kids up and ready for school so I don\u2019t even look at myself (which is probably a good thing) until after I\u2019ve gotten home from dropping them off. Once I\u2019m back home, I shower and wash my hair (every other day.) <\/p>\n

My skincare routine is pretty simple: I start by washing my face with either Reflect cleanser<\/a> or Aurelia Miracle cleanser<\/a>, depending on how my skin is feeling. I then apply a little of Love + Sage\u2019s Vitamin Rich Cream<\/a> – which is super rich, moisturizing and leaves a nice glow – followed by SuperGoop\u2019s Unseen Sunscreen SPF 40.<\/a><\/p>\n

If I\u2019m just working from home, I don\u2019t really wear much makeup – typically just Mascara (Benefit<\/a> brand) and Love + Sage lip balm<\/a>. If I\u2019m going out, I\u2019ll wear Blunder Cover by Monika Blunder<\/a> and a little blush. <\/p>\n

What products do you use throughout the day and why? <\/strong><\/p>\n

I actually don\u2019t use many products during the day, just hand cream and lip balm!<\/p>\n

What is your evening beauty routine? <\/strong><\/p>\n

My evening routine is pretty similar to my morning regimen, which is cleanser, lots of moisturizer and occasionally I\u2019ll incorporate my NuFace Mini into the routine. It’s pretty relaxing and I can do it while watching a show with my kids before bed. <\/p>\n

What is your definition of beauty? <\/strong><\/p>\n

This is a hard one. Beauty can be so many different things. It can be something visual that takes your breath away like a sunset, the faces of my kids, or it can be an act of kindness that fills you with warmth. <\/p>\n

When do you feel most beautiful? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Hmmm\u2026I would say it has to be after spending a long day at the beach with my family when my hair is salty and my skin is sunkissed. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
