One of my many feeble attempts at imitating the inimitable style of Jane Birkin is to wear mine all year round, regardless of weather, as she did in the 70s. If anything, being in quarantine has only reinforced this love because, well, the market is one of the few places I actually go these days. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Quarantine has not really improved my cooking or baking skills (the bread thing, despite some very sincere attempts, is not up my alley), but it has, by necessity, converted me into a more frequent grocery shopper. It\u2019s also made me more of a minimalist.
