Best Dressed?

Erik: Neil Patrick Harris
Simple et sexy. J’ai adoré la couleur ;)
Emilia: Milena Canonero
On dit OUI, OUI, OUI.
Quelle était votre tenue d’Oscars favorite cette année ?
My three faves were Cate Blanchett, Emma Stone, and Gwyneth Paltrow. I thought most of the looks were quite « normal » and I was hoping for more glam and drama. If Lady Gaga lost the gloves, she would have made me list. But then again, if she lost the gloves, she wouldn’t be Lady Gaga!
Nice Oscar roundup, love Reese Witherspoon

Hands down Cate Blanchett – epitome of class and sophistication !

I can’t look at Neil Patrick Harris since I saw him in AHS Freaks…so scary!!
But I love his simple look ;-)

Simple’s always the best, right? ;)
Dakota Johnson has really been taking me by surprise with her bold, elegant yet simple style choices. I also love Cate Blanchett, that necklace was just fab!!
I agree with you, Dakota Johnson looked great, she was perfect and her dress timeless and classy.
Yes, Dakota! Nice and simple.
Lupita Nyongo was, as usual, stunning, ethereal and chic. I also thought Naomi Watts was breathtaking, and Rosamund Pike’s gown fit like a glove.
Hi – I really liked Naomi Watts’ gown – sexy, different, risk taking and beautiful!
Rosemary
I’m so proud to be Polish today!! A Polish film Ida got an Oscar! The film is beautiful…
Love your picks! Mine were Cate and Marion. Both very chic, modern and simple.
Did you find the gowns boring this year, there were some lovely ones but in gerneral they seemed very blah for some reason.
Emma Stone, hands down :)

emma stone look is my favor

Emma, definitely. Faith Hill for most improved. Milena C’s outfit was fitting. She looked comfortable in her skin. And while she wasn’t wearing a gown, her look showed whimsy and was far from boring.
I do think however that Jessica Chastain needs to fire her stylist. They aren’t doing her justice.

I loved Marion Cotillard’s dress, particularly the back. It has been compared, uncharitably, to a sushi emoji. But maybe that is not such a bad source of style inspiration. Gwyneth Paltrow’s irreproachable choice seemed like a rewrite of her infamously baggy pink dress of Oscars 1999.
In general, I was struck by how many women managed to look over and under dressed at the same time–too much leg, too much décolletage, and yet too much dress.
Marion!!!!!!! And Emma Stone, ands Cate Blanchett, and Sienna Miller….
Neil haha <3

Rosamund Pike in that gorgeous red dress! Stunning!
Marion, Sienna, Lupita, Naomi and Emma. Meryl also killed it in Lanvin. So chic.
Julianne Moore is my muse!
my favs are, Scarlet Johanson (hair style, earrings, and the dress), JLO (the color of the dress, hair, make up, jewels), Naomi Watts (her style fits with the dress). Love the soft light colors.

Omygod Rosamund Pike in Givenchy!!! The perfect red tone, the scalloped bustier, the inserts around the waist, the overall classic timeless Valentino-ish feel..Perfect : )

Scarlett Johansson
I loved Cate Blanchett too. I think the correct name of Milena is Canonero, a very stylish woman, she is Italian, one of the greatest costume designers ever (after Edith Head of course). Xo

Jennifer Lopez etait très très chic!
Julianne Moore, Kate Blanchet, Naomi Watts AND minimalistic Neil Patrick Harris.
I’m with Garance,! But I found the red carpet quiete boring this year. I really liked Dakota Johnson too. Specially her hair. That messy pony tail was great. I find that women normally look older in this kind of events because of those complicates hairdos.

Cate Blanchett, Naomi Watts and Marion Cotillard were my favorites. Overall, it was a a pretty boring red carpet though.

Marion Cotillard! She is so beautiful and elegant!
My best dressed list :
– Naomi Watts (Armani Privé I think) : just the right amount of glamour with the right little twist
– Diane Kruger : because she dared the jumpsuit with a cape and she didn’t look disguised at all
– Emma Stone: because she is perfect and I lobe her
– Keira Knightley: because she is totally goigng against the « show you baby bump on the red carpet trend » and I love change !
Really very happy to say, your post is very interesting to read.I never stop myself to say something about it.
You’re doing a great job.Keep it up
