Le meilleur vernis ultra-discret, genre là sans être là ?
Je croyais avoir fait la trouvaille du siècle chez Altuzarra la semaine dernière en découvrant le Spaghetti Strap d’Essie, un vernis rosé transparent ultra-discret facile à porter tous les jours. J’avais enfin trouvé la teinte de mes rêves.
Je suis revenue au Studio toute contente de mon vernis (jusque-là, rien de très nouveau) et j’ai obligé tout le monde (sauf Erik) à l’essayer. Emily et Brie ont adoré mais Garance a été moins emballée. Elle l’a trouvé trop rose, pas hyper en harmonie avec son teint. Son choix ? Le Sugar Daddy d’Essie.
Et vous, c’est quoi votre vernis ultra-discret préféré ?

Essie’s Sandy Beach. Just two coats. It gives my nails a perfectly polished look, without looking too much like nailpolish. In other words; barely there!

Have you tried Beach by RGB? It is great with one coat or two. I also prefer to simply have my nails buffed to a nice shine–no polish necessary!
I like Spaghetti Strap, but for me more versatile is Limo Scene. But well, whatever, my bf won’t notice it anyway!

I love a great percentage of the essie nail polishes, and probably own too many, but my favourite barely there polish which I wear more often than not is the Essie « not just a pretty face polish » I am pale with olive undertones and sometimes too cool toned polishes wash me out such as reds and magentas- the not just a pretty face polish really brings out the olive to my skin and captures the slight tan I have on my hands. Forever love this baby, she’s certainly a beaut!

justement ! Neuf, c’est en piteux état qu’il finit un long-courrier et ouvert, le contenu du flacon est correct 15 jours …donc, habitant sous les Tropiques, j’ai laissé choir la marque. En zone humide et chaude, on revoit tous ses habitudes beauté !

Depuis quelques temps, mon vernis ultra discret c’est le Wondrous de chez Formula X; on dirait juste qu’on a de très beaux ongles. Facile à mettre, à enlever, à trouver (Sephora) et abordable

Vanity Fairest is the best, especially if you’re super-pale like me. (And its extra awesome on top of one coat of a semi-opaque nude. I call it my ‘jewelry ad’ manicure’ because my mails end up exactly the same color as the skin on my hands.

Je le trouve aussi un peu trop rose (je l’utilise sur les ongles des pieds finalement). Le Mademoiselle, un de mes favoris. Un de mes….
En ce moment pour moi c’est Buy me a cameo d’Essie, sur moi c’est parfait mais ce n’est pas une couleur naturelle, rien à voir avec le sugar daddy.
Le « Dior Glow » qui rend nos ongles plus roses avec le blanc plus blanc. Super naturel, super beau et super pratique car pas besoin de base ou de top coat. De loin ma meilleure trouvaille beauté 2014 avec leur « lip
glow » justement :-)

I say « Spin the Bottle » by Essie, but my fav for a slightly darker nude is their « Case Study » which I have gotten lots of compliments on and at least five women have asked me what color it was and who made it. Use their « All in One » base coat and finish with « No Chips Ahead » top coat and I am good for two-three weeks. Can’t beat that!
I just found Chanel Ballerina. I think it’s spring 2014 … not sure. Fab though. Natrual, high gloss and dries in seconds.

Ack – no polish…just chips off while I’m cooking! No polish…buffing, only buffing. Clean and shiny.
I love Dior Glow, it’s a light transparent pink that gives a little French manicure aspect. I couldn’t live without it.
Essie’s Mademoiselle for each and every manicure. It’s gotten to the point that MAYBE I should try something different.
Without a doubt, Essie’s Mademoiselle is my go to for barely there polish. I’m such a fan that I’ve started to gift it to my polish loving friends.
