How would you describe your style in three words?
Effortless, feminine, classic
What is the most treasured item in your wardrobe?
A Chanel 255 bag that’s almost vintage now – it was the first luxury bag I ever bought for myself. When I secured my first job, I saved for a couple of months with that precise bag in mind. This bag represented a lot of things to me: it gave me confidence, and it was a symbol that I could work hard to get the wardrobe that I dreamed of. I knew it would be a lifetime investment piece, and I will hopefully pass it down to my daughter.
Why do you think American women are so taken with Parisian style?
Maybe because less is more!
What is your advice to women who want to embrace the Parisian style?
Invest in key pieces like a beautiful trench coat or classic black leather flat boots, and keep things simple around that. The key is to never look like you’re trying too hard!
What is next for ba&sh?
So many things, as we prepare ourselves for our strongest season ever next summer – especially as special occasion dresses are our strongest category, and that we know our clients will have so much celebrating to catch up with as soon as they are able to, and we will be ready for that!

how about focusing only on brands that make inclusive sizing? i love her designs, but hate that they don’t make them in my size.
