C’est pendant la fashion week milanaise que j’ai eu une espèce de coup de flip magistral : “Aaaargh, il faut que je me fasse couper les cheveux TOUT DE SUITE !!!”
J’ai appelé SOS Viviana, et elle m’a envoyé chez Davide Diodovich, avec qui elle travaille sur des shootings et qui coupe ses beaux cheveux.
La coupe s’est génialement passée (et Davide me dit comme vous : garde tes cheveux bouclés et arrête de les attacher !!!) mais j’ai aussi sérieusement craqué pour sa déco.
Il vient juste d’ouvrir, et son salon est secrètement niché dans un immeuble sublime de la Via Tasso. Il a tout refait et décoré par lui même et est en train d’apporter les touches finales, mais je voulais absolument vous montrer quelques images parce que je trouve son style irrésistible, des arrangements floraux, aux sols, aux objets…
Même la manière de ranger ses tubes de couleurs est artistique !

AAAh the furniture is so incredibly cool, I’m dying! The pink chairs in particular. I think part of me is starting to like furniture as much as fashion, which is slightly worrying when you have a fashion business I suppose… Oh well! And Garance, Davide is a wise man: let your hair down!!

Ce que j’aime le plus dans ce salon c’est que justement ça ne ressemble pas trop à un salon de coiffure mais plutôt à un appart super cosy et chaleureux.

Speaking of hair… I met you at a book signing and you mentioned that you liked my hair. I’m awful at explaining how to do things so here is a tutorial for a french twist. I wear my hair like this a lot and I find it comes out pretty nice when my hair is wet. Hope you enjoy!

Curly hair is an ‘accessory’ that you need to take advantage of! Rare, interesting, with constant movement and of course with volume! I used to make my hair straight for 2 years but now…I love them as they are!

OK.We love the vibe of the salon. Minimalistic, a kiss of pink, sleek, mid-century chairs, lamps..modern cool feel, killa/ floral designs.. elegant walls with character…All, so simple, elegant. peaceful. Lovely to come home to!
