Very nice jacket, I like how wearing it!
Kiss!

Inratable, promis !
gorgeous as always!
Quel style magnifique.
Don’t worry Alex I can not achieve the french hair either. I love the scarf she did around her neck also.
She’s definitely the master of the belted jacket look!

I’m french and I’ve never tried it!! But the more I see pictures of Emmanuelle, the more I want to! My question is: is it really practical when it comes to taking your parka/coat off?
No. That’s why it’s hard to do. It’s the perfect combination of effortlessly chic looking and really actually awkward to wear. Also, if you ever lose umbrellas you will loose the belt pretty fast.
Hi Alex!
I’ve tried to belt my jackets a couple of times but the problem comes when I have to take off my coat: what do I do with the belt? Do I discreetly put it in one of my pockets? How can you do that discreetly? (Once it felt on the floor and the bluckle turned that discreetly into loudly!).
Do I have to keep my jacket on no matter what? In Germany it’s quite cold outside but reaaaaly warm inside all the places…
I gues you have to be French to know this kind of things…

E.

This is one of those things that only fashion editors can do. I’ve accepted that I can’t do everything they do, no matter how fab E.A. looks.
Because a fashion editor, no matter where she goes, can simply throw her coat at whomever is standing at the door waiting to catch it (and belt). We haven’t that luxury. Nor the luxury of a town car to take us wherever we need to go.
Too bad belt loops would look ridiculous.
No matter what she does, Emmanuelle will always translate STYLE!

Dear Alex, you talk right out of my heart! My belts and coats don’t really go with each other….. and since I think about two years I plan on going to town dressed in my favorite coat to search for the perfect belt…. never happens…… xxx
she’s so cool

She’s so gorgeous this woman, I love her!

Garance, Alex, Brie and the The Studio…. I have a feedback for the new organization of the blog. Although I do love all of your posts/articles/stories, when I get my cup of coffee and sit down for my Garance hit first thing in the morning, I want it to be predictable because I’m not all awake yet. I want to first get Garance’s take on something…. then you can mix it up. So, I’m suggesting, always have Garance’s post first… even if it’s just a photo and one line of text from Garance. It’s reassuring. I know where I am — I’m at Garance’s blog.
Thanks all of you!
She is always so amazing!
A post for all the Spring lovers on lowbudget-lowcost Fashion Blog

J’adore sa veste!

I took love how she belted this coat. It’s crazy cool styling with such an over-sized coat. Hmm, I have a feeling it wouldn’t look as effortless on me either. Cheers to her rocking it!

That is such a wonderful way to style a parka. Emmanuelle´s style is very chic! <3
She never carries a purse. Is that a French thing?
Nice style!
not so many women can pull this off! Bravo Emmanuelle!
Love your parka!!

Whenever I think of parisian-girl chicness, Emanuelle is the first one that pops to my mind!

She is just impeccable, even the details of turning up the sleeves of her jacket just right! so stylish ….. with love from sojustnice.com
J’aime le jean blanc
That’s an Australian plaited kangaroo leather belt. An outback classic – and very funny to see on uber stylish Emmanuelle.
