I was wondering are Birkenstocks worth the hype or are they just a fashion item? I know some people just detest them because they think they’re ugly but I think they have this cool and effortless vibe to them. Are they comfortable? Is it worth it to invest in a pair?

On l’a souvent dit et nous le répétons encore : les Birkenstock, c’est confortable certes, mais ça nous rappelle le prof de latin qui en hiver portait un manteau en Loden. Donc pour nous ce ne sera jamais fashion !
